Boutique real estate agency covering Canowindra and the Central West NSW, built around a black-and-gold identity and a client who wanted to run her own site without calling anyone. She adds her own listings, uploads her own photos, and marks a property sold the moment it sells, through Ellipse Edit. Includes a lead-magnet guide rebuilt in her brand, her own custom domain and email, and WCAG AA accessibility throughout.

Jacquie Dredge is Canowindra's local Support at Home coordinator, helping older residents navigate the aged care system in person rather than through a call centre. The site is built for the audience she actually serves: adjustable text size, plain language, and a single clear path to "call or text." She edits it herself through Ellipse Edit, no developer needed for a word change.

Editorial soft-furnishings brand built around repurposed vintage fabrics. We picked it up as a half-finished store from another agency, delivered the brand identity and got it trading, then rebuilt it properly as a hand-coded site with no theme and no page builder underneath it. Square runs the catalogue, stock and checkout; the cart, shipping rules and order alerts are ours, written to fill the gaps Square leaves. The journal is written and published by the client, through Ellipse Edit.

Bilingual landing page for a dog-walking and pet-sitting business in the Alpes-Maritimes, France. Full French and English versions, custom photography-led design, contact form, and search-friendly structure. Our first international build, delivered to a client on the other side of the world.

The platform behind every website above, built from scratch rather than an off-the-shelf CMS. Clients manage their own content, pages, and blog through a clean rich-text editor, with version history and rollback, built-in analytics and Google Search Console, SEO tools, a support inbox, and passwordless login. Integrations sync listings to realestate.com.au and Domain, products to Square, and shops to Etsy. Included in every project from the Landing tier up.

The control centre we run our own business on, and the clearest example of what a custom internal dashboard can be. One screen for the things that would otherwise live in six browser tabs: autonomous agents and their current state, a task board, a shared knowledge base, scheduled jobs, uptime and deploy monitoring, and running cost per provider.
