Les Pattes du Païs
A bilingual landing page for a dog walker in the south of France. The first build delivered offshore.
The brief
A dog-walking and pet-sitting business in the Alpes-Maritimes, serving both the local French market and the English-speaking residents and holidaymakers along that coast. One business, two languages, and neither of them a translation bolted on afterwards.
What I built
A single page in full French and full English, led by photography, because people choose who walks their dog on how it feels rather than on a feature list. A contact form that reaches her, and enough structure for search to understand what she does and where. Hosted on Netlify, so it costs her almost nothing to keep up.
I grew up in France, so the French side is written, not run through a translator.
What it changed
She has a front door in both of her markets. And it proved the studio can deliver to a client on the other side of the world, start to finish, without ever being in the room.
