Ellipse Edit
The platform behind every site above, built from scratch so a client never has to ring me for a word change.
Why it exists
A website you cannot change yourself is not finished. It is a retainer with a nice font. Every off-the-shelf CMS I tried either assumed a developer was still in the room, or buried the one thing a client actually wanted to do under nine screens of settings.
So I wrote the thing I wanted to hand over.
What it does
Pages, content and a blog through a plain rich-text editor, with version history and rollback so a mistake is a button rather than a phone call. Analytics and Google Search Console are built in, so an owner can see their own traffic without a second login. There is a support inbox, and login is passwordless, because a forgotten password is the most common reason a client quietly stops editing their own site.
Integrations push listings to realestate.com.au and Domain, products to Square, and shops to Etsy, so the website is not a third place to type the same thing.
Who gets it
Every project from the Landing tier up, at no extra cost. It is the part of a build I am least willing to leave out: it is what stops a website turning into a monthly bill.
