AI Tools & Integrations
Your numbers in one place, and the busywork handed to something that does not get bored.
Start with the dashboard
Most small businesses already have the data. It is in the till, the roster and the accounts, in three logins that never meet. The first useful thing is rarely an AI anything. It is one screen that shows sales against labour without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
Those integrations are read-only. Nothing we build writes back into your POS or your books, so the worst a bad day can do is show you a wrong number, not change a real one.
Then the agents
Once the data is in one place, an agent has something to work with: drafting the reply, chasing the quote, flagging the week that looks wrong. We build these on Anthropic's Claude by default, and know it properly rather than chasing whichever model is trending.
Where the data cannot leave the building, an open-weight model runs on your own hardware instead.
How we know it works
We run the studio on a system like this. Agentic OS is our own control centre, with its own agents, on live operational data, every day. Those agents run on several AI models, not just one. It is the pattern behind anything we build for someone else, and it is there to be looked at before you spend a dollar.

Do I need an AI system, or do I need to learn to use one?
Usually the second. Most owners need an hour with someone who has built these, pointed at one job. That is AI Mentoring, and it is where we send people before quoting a build.
Will it change how my staff work?
A dashboard should not. It reads from the tools you already use and leaves them alone.
Which AI do you use?
Anthropic's Claude by default for hosted work. Claude does not make pictures, so where a tool needs images, as ContentPilot does, they come from an OpenAI image model. For on-premise jobs where data cannot leave your hardware, an open-weight model that runs locally.
How long does an AI-Powered project take?
Usually 6 to 10 weeks, depending on how complex it is. You get a clear timeline before any work starts.
