If what you actually need is something that runs on its own overnight, that is a build rather than mentoring, and we will say so.

How long does a project take?
A Starter site typically takes 2–3 weeks. Studio builds run 4–6 weeks. AI-Powered projects vary based on complexity but usually 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, any existing brand guidelines, the content you want on the site (text and images), and your feedback along the way. We can help with copywriting and sourcing images if needed.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Yes, we work with clients anywhere. We're based in NSW but our projects are fully remote. All pricing is in AUD.
What is Ellipse Edit CMS?
Ellipse Edit is our own platform, built from scratch rather than an off-the-shelf CMS, and it's included in every project from Landing up. Update text, images, pages, and blog posts yourself through a clean editor, with version history and rollback, built-in analytics and Google Search Console, SEO tools, and a support inbox. Secure passwordless login, no third-party logins. It's also the foundation for our integrations: Square POS sync for retail, Etsy sync for makers, and REA + Domain listing sync for real estate.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL certificate, and Ellipse Edit platform access, so your site stays live, fast, and editable. Studio and above also include up to 1 hour of support per month for tweaks and content changes.
What are the integration add-ons?
If you run a retail business, our Square Sync add-on connects your Point of Sale to your website automatically, so products and pricing stay in sync. If you're a real estate agency, our REA + Domain Sync add-on lets you publish listings directly to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au from Ellipse Edit, without any third-party listing software. And if you run hospitality or multiple venues, our Operations Dashboard add-on pulls your POS, rostering and accounting into one read-only view so you can track sales against labour.
What is ContentPilot?
ContentPilot is our AI-powered content tool. It helps plan, draft, and publish content aligned to your SEO strategy. Included in AI-Powered projects and available as a standalone add-on.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Every site is built to grow, and since Ellipse Edit CMS is included from day one, adding pages, integrations, or AI features later is straightforward. Many clients start with Starter and move to Studio as the business grows.
What is AI mentoring, and how is it different from an AI build?
Mentoring is being shown how to do the work yourself. If a person drives the task and reads every output before it goes anywhere, that is mentoring: we teach it, you run it, and we operate nothing. If the job has to run unattended, on a schedule or a trigger with nobody watching, that is a build instead, and it is priced and supported differently. The test is who runs it, not how complicated it is, and we will tell you which one you actually need.
Whose AI subscription is it, and do you mark it up?
It is yours, in your name, on your card, paid directly to Anthropic. Around $30 a month, and about $3 cheaper if you enter your ABN so GST is not added. We never resell it, never hold the login, and never mark it up. That is deliberate: you can stop working with us and keep the account, the prompts and everything in it.
Why only Claude, and not ChatGPT or others?
Because knowing one model properly beats knowing several shallowly. We build and mentor on Anthropic Claude so the advice, the prompts and the tooling are consistent and we can actually stand behind them. The one exception is on-premise work, where an open-weight model runs on your own hardware because no hosted model can.
How does payment work?
We take a 50% deposit to get started and the remaining 50% on completion before the site goes live. For larger projects we can discuss a milestone-based payment schedule.
